dents of other election districts in said county shall be applied
to the support of the public schools in the respective districts
in which said last-named residents reside, respectively, or as
may be hereafter directed by law, and the remaining one-tenth
of the amount received from licenses required by this Act shall
be paid over by said clerk to the Comptroller of the Treasury,
to be credited to the Oyster Fund.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 355.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 250 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1908, entitled "An Act to authorize
the County Commissioners of Somerset County to apply cer-
tain receipts from licenses issued to persons residing in cer-
tain districts of Somerset County engaged in catching crabs
to issue bonds for the purpose of erecting a building in the
town of Crisfield, to be known as the Crisfield High School
Building, for the equipping and furnishing the same, to be
used for the public schools of the said county, and to levy
and collect taxes for the payment of the said bonds, and to
authorize the purchase of a lot for the same by the Board of
School Commissioners of Somerset County."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 250 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, entitled "An Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Somerset County to apply certain receipts from
licenses issued to persons residing in certain districts of Som-
erset County engaged in catching crabs to issue bonds for the
purpose of erecting a building in the town of Crisfield, to be
Known as the Crisfield High School Building, for equipping and
furnishing the same, to be used for the public schools of the
said county, and to levy and collect taxes for the payment of
the said bonds, and to authorize the purchase of a lot for
the same by the Board of School Commissioners of Somerset
county," be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
