shall pay upon the warrant of the building committee the cost
of plans and specifications of the work proposed to be done, the
salary of the supervising architect and such other expenses
that said building committee may properly have incurred in
the discharge of their duty.

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 90.

AN ACT to create a Board of Road Directors for Prince
George's county, Maryland, and to determine their duties
and authority and to authorize the issuance of bonds upon
the credit of said county to an amount not exceeding $16,000,
to be used for the purchase of equipment necessary in work-
ing the roads and bridges of said county, and to provide for
the payment of the full amount of the road levy to the
Board of Road Directors by the County Commissioners and
County Treasurer, from the first taxes collected each year,
and to repeal Chapter 530 of the Acts of 1908, which Act
repealed and re-enacted with amendments certain sections
of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince
George's County," and to repeal Chapter 249 of the Acts of
1906, which repealed and re-enacted with amendments cer-
tain sections of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Prince George's County," and certain sections of Arti-
cle 25 of the Code of Public General Laws; and to repeal
Chapter 591 of the Acts of 1904, which Act repealed and
re-enacted with amendments certain sections of Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's
County;" and to repeal Chapter 567 of the Acts of 1902,
which Act repealed and re-enacted with amendments Section
282, Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Prince George's County;" and to repeal Chapter 346 of the
Acts of 1900, entitled "An Act to Create a Board of County
Road Commissioners for Prince George's County, Mary-
land;" and to repeal and re-enact with amendments certain
sections of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Prince George's County," and certain sections of Arti-
cle 25 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "County
Commissioners;" and to repeal Sections 1, 2, 12, 13, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23, 24 and 83 to 99, both inclusive, of Article 25 of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "County Commis-
sioners," so far as the same affects the public road and
