at any other point selected by it within the limits of the City
of Baltimore of such strength and size as to permit its use by
street railway cars.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, 1918.

CHAPTER 491.
AN ACT to authorize the State Roads Commission to con-
struct and improve road beginning at north end of Aiken,'
Cecil County, Maryland, to the Town limit of "Port Deposit,
Maryland, a distance of about three and one-half miles.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the State Roads Commission is hereby authorized
as soon after the passage of this Act as practicable to build
and construct said thereafter maintain as a part of the State
Roads System, a good and substantial road of proper width to
run from the north end of Aiken, Cecil County, Maryland, to
the town limits of Port Deposit, Maryland, any route to be
laid out by the State Roads Commission.

CHAPTER 492.
AN" ACT to repeal Section 13 of Chapter 425 of the Acts of
1892 as amended by Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1900 and
Section 15 of Chapter 425 of the Acts- of 1892 as amended
by Chapter 499 of the Acts of 1902, and Sections 16, 31
and 34 of Chapter 425 of the Acts of 1892, relating to the
Mayor and Councilmen of Lonaconing, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 13 of Chapter 425 of the Acts of 1892 as
amended by Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1900 and Section 15
of Chapter 425 of the Acts of 1892 as amended by Chapter 499
of the Acts of 1902, and Sections 16, 31 and 34 of Chapter
425 of the Acts of 1892, relating to the Mayor and Council-
men of Lonaconing, be and the same are hereby repealed so
as to read as follows:
