officers of the courts are now paid, as prescribed in Section
372.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after January 1, 1919.

CHAPTER 460.
AN ACT to repeal Sections three and twelve of Chapter 450
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896,
title "An Act to incorporate the town of Loch Lynn Heights
in Garrett County, Maryland," as amended by Sections three
and twelve of Chapter 592 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1902; to repeal Section five of said
Chapter 450 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1896 as amended by Section five of Chapter 57 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1916; to
repeal Section six of said Chapter 450 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, and to re-enact said
Sections three, twelve, five and six with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections three and twelve of Chapter 450 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, title
"An Act to incorporate the town of Lock Lynn Heights, in
Garrett County, Maryland," as amended by Sections three and
twelve of Chapter 592 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1902; Section five of said Chapter 450 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896 as amended
by Section five of Chapter 57 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1916; Section six of said Chapter 450
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, be
and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
Section 3. That all persons of the age of twenty-one years
and upwards, and who have resided within the corporate lim-
its for six months next preceding any election of officers for
this corporation, and who are qualified to vote for members of
the General Assembly of Maryland, shall be entitled to vote at
such election. The elective officers of said town shall be a'
Mayor, Clerk, Treasurer and Chief Bailiff, all of whose terms
shall be for two years and four Councilmen whose terms shall
