School Commissioners or the Board of Education of Baltimore
City, as the case may be, with the names of all children wiio
are deaf, blind or feeble minded, between the ages of
six and eighteen years, inclusive, living within the boun-
daries of his or her school district who do not attend school.
And the board of county school commissioners or board of edu-
cation of Baltimore City shall certify forthwith the names of
all such deaf, blind or feeble minded children to the respective
principals of the State schools for such children.

CHAPTER 442.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 32
of Article 48 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "In-
spections," sub-title "Tobacco," as amended by Chapter 234
of the Acts of 1914, providing for compensation to farmers
for tobacco casks.

CHAPTER 443.
AN ACT to add an additional Section to Article 59 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Lunatics and Insane,"
sub-title "Hospital for Negro Insane," said additional Sec-
tion to follow immediately after Section 58 of said Article
and sub-title, to be known as Section 58A, and to provide
that three members of the Board of Managers of said Hos-
pital for the Negro Insane (otherwise known as the Crowns-
ville State Hospital), shall constitute a quorum for the
transaction of business.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional section be and the same hereby is
added to Article 59 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Lunatics and Insane," sub-title "Hospital for Negro Insane,"
said additional Section to follow immediately after Section 58
of said Article and sub-title, to be known as Section 58A., and
to read as follows:
58 A. Three members of the Board of Managers, of the said
Hospital for the Negro Insane shall constitute a quorum, for
