SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1918.

CHAPTER 335.

AN ACT to repeal Section 110 of Article 3 of the Code of
1908 of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-
title "Dogs," being also Section 175 of the revised Code of
the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County as legalized by
Chapter 16 of the Acts of 1916.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 110 of Article 3 of the Code of 1908 of
Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-title
"Dogs," being also Section 175 of the revised Code of the
Public Local Laws of Baltimore County as legalized by Chap-
ter 16 of the Acts of 1916, be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from June 1, 1918.

CHAPTER 336. ,

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
104, 109, 110, 111 and 112 of Offutt's Revised Code of the
Public Local Laws of Baltimore County of 1916, being Sec-
tions 60, 60-A, 60-B, 60-C and 60-D of Chapter 672 of the
Acts of 1912, providing for the recording and preservation
of plats in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Baltimore County.
