CHAPTER 330.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 442 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1912, entitled "An Act to author-
ize and empower the Burgess and Council of Myersville, in
Frederick County, Maryland, to issue and sell bonds for a
sum of money not exceeding $8,000.00, for the purpose of
installing a water system or lighting plant, in sard town,
and to provide for the levy and collection of ail taxes neces-
sary for the payment of the interest on said bonds, and for
the creation of a sinking fund for their payment upon
maturity, with a proviso that the said issue of bonds be first
approved by a vote of the people of said Town of Myers-
ville."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 442 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1912, entitled "An Act to authorize and em-
power the Burgess and Council of Myersville, in Frederick
County, Maryland, to issue and sell bonds for a sum of money,
not exceeding $8,000.00, for the purpose of installing a water
system or lighting plant in said town, and to provide for the
levy and collection of taxes necessary for the payment of the
interest on said bonds, and for the creation of a sinking fund
for the purpose of their payment upon maturity, with a pro-
viso that the said issue of bonds be first approved by a vote
of the people of the said Town of Myersville," be and the same
is hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 331.

AN ACT to authorize and provide for the General Indexing
of the Land Records of Frederick County from December
1, 1873, to January 1, 1916, according to the most ap-
proved modern system in vogue.
