the following streams in Allegany County: Mill Creek, Mill
Run, Warriors Run, Rock Gulley Creek, Bottle Run, Dick-
enson Run, Murley's Branch, North Branch of Jennings Run,
Wood Cock Hollow Run, and Laurel Run; but after said close
season the said waters and creeks shall be opened for fishing
under all the restrictions of law, and it shall be lawful there-
after to take or catch trout (not less than six inches) from the
fifteenth day of April to the first day of July both inclusive in
each and every year.

Section 122-C. It shall be unlawful for any person or per-
sons to purchase or sell or offer for sale dead or alive (exoept
eels, carps, and small fish for bait) any fish caught in the
waters of Allegany County.

Section 122-D. It shall be unlawful to catch or take any
Frogs from the waters of Allegany County, except during a
period from the first day of July to the first day of October
in each and every year, nor have in possession more than eight
at any one time.

Section 122-E. Any person or persons violating the provi-
sions of the five preceding sections shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced
to pay a fine of not less than Five Dollars or more than Twenty
Dollars and a further sum of One Dollar for each fish or frog
had in possession at the time of arrest, and it shall be prima
facie evidence of violation of said sections to have openly in
possession any implements for the catching of fish ajong the
streams and waters of said county where fish are commonly
found.

Section 122-F. And it shall be unlawful for any person
not a bona fide resident of this State to catch or destroy any
of the fish in the creeks and rivers of Allegany County without
first obtaining a license so to do, and then only and by means
and during the respective periods when it shall be lawful so to
do, each non-resident of this State desiring a license shall
make application to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany
County, stating the name, age, occupation, weight, height,
place of residence, color of hair, eyes and complexion, said
application shall be sworn to before a Notary Public and shall
be accompanied by a license fee of Five Dollars. Said Clerk
shall thereupon issue to said applicant a license showing upon
its face the statements made by the applicant in his applica-
tion, which license the said applicant shall carry on his person
at all times while fishing in the waters of Allegany County, and
