consumption or food within Wicomico County; nor kill, expose
for sale, or have in possession any of the above named game
with the intention of sending or transporting or having the
same sent or transported beyond the limits of said County;
provided that nothing herein contained shall prevent the barter
or sale of such game by the person or persons who trap, catch,
shoot or kill such game directly to the consumer within Wicom-
ico County; and provided also that nothing herein shall pre-
vent non-residente of the State who have taken out a license
to hunt in said County from taking with them out of said
County any of the above named game which they may have
killed within the limits thereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any person or per-
sons violating any of the provisions of the preceding Section
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof before any Justice of the Peace of Wicomico County
shall be fined not less than Fifty Dollars and not more than
One Hundred Dollars for each offense and stand committed to
the county jail until said fine and costs are paid, or until
released by due process of law, all fines collected under this
Act to be turned over to the Treasurer of Wicomico County
to be placed by him in the Game Fund for said County.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That all Acts or parts,
of the same in conflict with the provisions of this Act be, and
the same are hereby, repealed to the extent of such inconsist-
ency.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from June 1st, 1918.

CHAPTER 324.

AN ACT to prohibit the sale, barter or distribution of spiritu-
ous or fermented liquors, lager beer, wine, cider or intoxi-
cating drinks of any kind at any place in Buckeystown Dis-
trict No. 1, in Frederick County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person, directly or in-
directly, to sell, barter or distribute any spirituous or fer-
mented liquors, lager beer, wine, cider or intoxicating drinks
