SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That the County Super-
intendent of schools aforesaid shall keep a separate account of
the money applied each year to the payment of interest on said
bonds, as well as the amount of money deposited each year to
the credit and support of the sinking fund to meet the princi-
pal of said bonds at maturity.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That the money aris-
ing from the sale of said bonds as provided in Section 5 of this
Act, shall be paid to the County Superintendent of school;
and that it may be applied for the purpose set forth in this
Act, the fund so realized shall be disbursed by the said County
Superintendent of Schools upon the written orders of the afore-
said building committee to the grantor or grantors of said
campus and school sites and to the contractor or contractors
and architect employed by the building committee in accord-
ance with the terms of their respective contracts.

SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That the County Board
of Education for Prince George's County are hereby authorized
and empowered to have a suitable room or rooms in said build-
ing not used for school work, for such public school purposes
as they may deem most expedient subject to the approval of
the Building Committee.

SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be, and
the same are hereby repealed to the extent of any such incon-
sistency.

SEC. 13. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on the first day of June, nineteen hundred and
eighteen.

CHAPTER 323.

AN ACT for the further protection of partridges or quail,
woodcock and rabbits in Wicomico County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That no person, corporation or company shall at any time
kill or expose for sale, transport or have in possession any
partridge or quail, woodcock or rabbits after the same has been
killed within Wicomico County, for any purpose except for
