the County Commissioners may proceed to pass judgment
thereon and affirm or reject the same or order it to be amended
in their discretion, or may continue said proceedings over to
their next meeting and so on from time to time so long as they
may think proper.
Section 206G. The said examiners shall be entitled to
compensation for their services and attendance not exceeding
two dollars per day to be ascertained by the County Commis-
sioners, with all charges arising from the survey or attendance
to witnesses and other expenses shall be paid by the County
Commissioners.
Section 206H. In all cases where the County Commission-
ers shall adjudge that a road shall be opened as provided for
in the preceding sections they shall at the usual time for levy-
ing taxes, levy on the assessable property of the county a gum
sufficient to open said road, and also sufficient to pay the dam-
ages awarded, and it shall be the duty of the County Commis-
sioners to open said road as soon as can conveniently be done.

CHAPTER 320.
AN ACT to require the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Com-
pany, a corporation, to provide a station agent at the town
of Bloomington, Garrett County, Maryland, and to stop the
local freight train commonly known as the "way train," both
from the east and from the west, each day, and to receive
and transport to and from the town of Bloomington all
freight that may be delivered for transportation.
CHAPTER 321.
AN ACT authorizing and directing the County Commissioner
of Wicomico County to construct a substantial bridge safe
for travel by pedestrians, teams and vehicles, across Wetip-
quin Creek, in Wicomico County, Maryland, and to provide
by levy upon the taxable property of Wicomico County for
the purpose of payment of the same.
