provided, then all of said bonds shall be issued, said road con-
structed as one improvement undertaking, and each and every
part thereof receive the benefit of State Aid Road funds
heretofore, or hereafter, applied for to be used in the construc-
tion of said road or any part thereof; otherwise this Act to be
null and void.

CHAPTER 314.

AN ACT to repeal Section 105 F of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, 1916, Chapter 27, of the Code of the
Public Local Laws, Article 10, title, "Dorchester County",
sub-title "County Commissioner, Treasurer and Collector",
and to re-enact the same with amendment; and to repeal
Section 105 K of said Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland and to substitute a new section im lieu thereof to
be known as Section 105 K, and to add a new section to said
act to follow immediately after Section 105 L to be desig.
nated as Section 105 M.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 105F and Section 105K of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1916, of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County", sub-
title "County Commissioners, County Treasurer and Collec-
tor", be, and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, and that a new section be added to said Act of
1916 to follow Section 105L and to be designated as Section
105M.

SEC. 105F. And be it further enacted, That the revenue de-
rived from all of the sources thereof shall be devoted abso-
lutely to the payment and defraying of the said estimates in
detail, and the said ten per cent of the aggregate of estimates
or whatever part of the same that may be levied, shall be used
only for emergency purposes, and none or no part of the said
emergency fund shall be expended for any emergency purpose
except upon authority to do so by an order for the expenditure
of the same, which order shall be signed by the Judges of the
Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit of Maryland or a
majority of the said Judges of the said Court, and the Court
shall only sign such an order upon a petition by the County
