fined not less than Ten Dollars nor more than Fifty Dollars, or
imprisoned for a term not exceeding ten days, for every female
fox or whelp so dug or taken out of any den, or killed or
caused to be killed. One-half of all fines collected under this
Act shall go to the informer.

SEC. 3. Nothing in this Act shall be so construed as to pre-
vent the killing of foxes at any time by any person while they
are in pursuit, or in the act of killing or carrying away his, her
or their poultry, and provided further that such persons may
be permitted to kill such fox or foxes within a reasonable time
after the pursuit, killing or carrying away of said poultry.

CHAPTER 267.

AN ACT to incorporate "The Derrickson Methodist Episcopal
Church of Worcester County."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chas. Kelly, Daniel W. Scott, Wm. H. Scott, Chas.
H. Willis and Geo. Ray Wooten, all of Worcester County, in
the State of Maryland, and their successors in office, forever
be, and they are hereby created a body corporate under the
name of "The Derrickson Methodist Episcopal Church, of
Worcester County", with power to use a corporate seal, and
to be capable in law of purchasing, taking and holding to them
and their successors in office, in fee, or for a len estate, and
lands, tenements or hereditaments, rents or annuities, goods or
chattels, to the value and extent now allowed by law to such
corporations within this State by the gift, bargain, sale or de-
vise of any person a body politic or corporate, capable of mak-
ing the same, and to use or lease, mortgage or sell and convey
the same in such manner as they or their successors may de-
cide to be most conducive to the interests of this corporation.

SEC. 2. And te it enacted, That the persons so named shall
be trustees to manage the affairs of this corporation under the
Corporate name aforesaid, until the first election of their suc-
cessors under the provisions of this Act.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Fourth Quart-
erly Conference of the said Charge of the said "Derrickson
Methodist Episcopal Church of Worcester County" shall an-
