Road, and thence binding with said State Road to the begin-
ning.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the polling place of said
Marbury District No. 10, shall be at a point as near as pos-
sible to the site of the present Postoffice in the village of Mar-
bury; the same to be selected and designated by the Super-
visors of Elections for Charles County, Maryland.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of cor-
recting the Registries of voters of said District No. 2, and Dis-
trict No. 3, known as Hill Top and Cross Road's Districts, re-
spectively, the Supervisors of Elections for said Charles Coun-
ty, are hereby empowered, authorized and directed to furnish
new duplicate books of Registry for use in the new Election
District formed by this Act, and to direct their Clerk to make
up from, the books of Registry of the aforesaid Hill Top Dis-
trict No. 2, and Cross Road's District No. 3, as said books of
Registry are now made up and inscribed, a full and complete
Registry of all voters, residing within the boundaries herein-
before set forth as being the boundaries of the new Election
District hereby created, whose names shall then appear, and not
be erased, on said District Books of Registry for said District
No. 2 and District No. 3, and to inscribe the names of all
voters within the boundaries of said new Election District, on
the new Books of Registry aforesaid; and when said Clerk to
said Board of Supervisors of Elections for said Charles County,
shall have erased from the old, and inscribed in the new Books
of Registry, the names of the voters who are entitled to regis-
tration only in the new Election District hereby created, the
said new Books of Registry, shall be and are hereby constituted
the Official Books of Registry for the new Election District
hereby created. In all cases of erasure the said Clerk to the
Board of Supervisors of Elections for said Charles County,
shall draw a line of red ink through the names thus erased or
transferred, and under the heading "remarks" on said old
Books of Registry shall enter the words "transferred by for-
mation of a new District"; and the said Supervisors of Elec-
tions are hereby required to deliver said new Books of Regis-
try to the Registration Officers to be hereafter appointed for
said new Election District, at the same time the other Regis-
tration Books are delivered for the annual registration of
voters. For his services in erasing the names from the old
Books of Registry aforesaid and inscribing them in the Books
of Registry of the new Election District aforesaid, the said
