SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, be and it is
hereby authorized and directed to appropriate by ordinance of
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, the sum of five hun-
dred and fifty-one dollars and eighty-three cents ($551. 83),
to be paid to the Bex Distilling Company for refund of money
on account of the unused portion of the wholesale liquor license
issued to said Rex Distilling Company and issued from August
31, 1917.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from June 1, 1918.

CHAPTER 143.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 459 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1898, title "An Act to establish
a 5th Regiment Armory, and designate how the appropria-
tion provided therefor shall be used, " as amended by Chap-
ter 337 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1912; and to add an additional section to Article 65 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Militia, " said addi-
tional section to follow immediately after Section 90 of said
Article and to be numbered Section 91, the same creating
the State Armory Commission to manage and control all
armories owned by the State of Maryland and all buildings
occupied, leased or rented by or in behalf of the State for
State military purposes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Chapter 459 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, title "An Act to establish the 5th Regi-
ment Armory and designate how the appropriation provided
therefor shall be used, " as amended by Chapter 337 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1932, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That an additional sec-
tion be and the same is hereby added to Article 65 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland, title "Militia, " said additional
section to follow immediately after Section 90 of said Article,
to be numbered Section 91, and to read as follows:
