ceeding one year, or both; and in addition thereto, on a bill
in equity brought for the purpose by the said Racing Com-
mission in the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, an injunc-
tion may be obtained against the same; provided, however,
that any of the corporations or associations coming within the
terms of this Act may hereafter conduct matinee race meet-
ings of not more than one day in duration without previous
application to the commission or license issued therefor, pro-
vided that no such corporation or association shall hold more
than two of such meetings in any one month.
The said commission shall pay its own expenses, not exceed-
ing $1, 800 a year, as hereinabove prescribed out of the
license fee herein provided for and two-thirds of any such
surplus thereafter said commission shall pay over to the Treas-
urer of Baltimore County on or before the first day of October
of each year, to be used and expended in the construction or
maintenance of the public roads and bridges located in Balti-
more County, State of Maryland, as the County Commissioners
of said county may determine, first applying said funds, how-
ever, to the reconstruction of the Hanover turnpike road be
between Reisterstown and the Carroll County line; and second
to the construction and improvement of the Dulaney Valley
turnpike road northward from Towson, and at the same time
or prior thereto the remaining one-third shall be divided
equally between, and paid to the Maryland State Fair and
Agricultural Society of Baltimore County, and the White Hall
Farmers' Club and Improvement Association, respectively, for
the purpose of encouraging an increased and improved exhibi-
tion of farm products at the agricultural fairs, held annually
at Timonium and White Hall. At the time of making pay-
ment to the Treasurer of Baltimore County, as aforesaid, the
Racing Commission shall file with the said County Commis-
sioners a written statement of all receipts and disbursements.
Provided, that no intoxicating drinks shall be sold upon the
premises of the said organizations during their respective agri-
cultural fairs and exhibitions at Timonium and White Hall,
or any place whereat exhibits or races are held.
