EMERSON C. HARRINGTON, GOVERNOR. 1007
CHAPTER 496.
AN ACT authorizing and directing the County Commission-
ers of Montgomery County to issue bonds to an additional
amount, not to exceed ten thousand dollars, for the purpose
of rebuilding and improving the public highway running

limits of said town where the outlines of the property of
the Agricultural Society of Montgomery County intersects-

County out of said Road Loan, then this Act to be null and
void.

bill, and now owing to the increased cost of labor and material,

of 1917.
