SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

CHAPTER 266.

AN ACT to add a new section to the Public Local Laws of
Maryland, article 18, title "Queen Anne's County," sub-title
"Sudlersville," to immediately follow section 248, and to be
known as section 248A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That a new section be added to the
Public Local Laws of Mary land, article 18, title "Queen Anne's
County," sub-title "Sudlersville," to immediately follow section
248, to be known as section 248A, and to read as follows:

SEC. 248A. The Commissioners shall have power from time to
time, as in their judgment it may seem expedient to extend, de-
fine and locate the limits of said town, and cause surveys and
plats thereof to be made, and have the same filed and recorded
in the clerk's office for Queen Anne's county for reference and
safe keeping.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 543.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 263 of
article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," and to add a
new section to said article 18 of the Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl," to immediately follow section 283 and to be known as
section 283A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 263 of article 18 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Queen Anne's County," sub-title
"Wild Fowl," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, and that a new section be added to article 18
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Queen
Anne's County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," to immediately follow
section 283, to be known as section 283A, said sections to read as
follows:
