ARTICLE XVI.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY.
CHAPTER 15.
AN ACT to repeal section 6, chapter 680, of the Laws of Mary-
land for 1904, entitled "An Act to incorporate the town of
Barnesville, in Montgomery county," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 6, chapter 680, of the Laws of Maryland,
enacted at the session of 1904, entitled "An Act to incorporate
the town of Barnesville, in Montgomery county," be and hereby
is repealed and re-enacted to read as follows, viz:
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That said Commissioners annually,
on or before the first Monday in April in each year, shall
appoint three judges of election, who shall conduct the elec-
tions according to the election laws of the State, except that
the hours of election shall be from 5 o'clock to 8 o'clock P. M.;
except further, that one of said judges may act as clerk of said
election; and except further, that ballots used may be such as
were used at elections prior to the adoption of the "Australian
System." The said judges of election shall certify to the Com-
missioners the result of said election and declare the three can-
didates receiving the greatest number of votes duly elected,
and said judges shall receive such compensation for their ser-
vices as the Commissioners may determine.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 31.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section 67 of article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County," sub-title "Crier."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 67 of article 16 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County," sub-title
