to Belcamp, until it intersects the present line between the
two districts at Kithley's old shops; thence following said
lines as it now exists.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the Board of Supervisors of Elec-
tions of Harford county shall cause to be stricken from the
lists of qualified voters on the registration books thereof the
names of all persons residing within the limits of that portion
of the second election district hereby placed in the third elec-
tion district, and shall cause such names so stricken off as
aforesaid to be transcribed to the registration books of the
second precinct of the third election district of said county.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That due notice shall be given by
the said Board of Election Supervisors to all persons affected
or changed from said second election district to said third
election district as provided for in this Act.
SEC. 4. And. be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 645.
AN ACT for the protection of foxes in Harford county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That any person or persons who shall shoot, kill or wound
any fox or foxes while being pursued by hounds or hound
within the limits of Harford county shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall pay a fine of ten
dollars for every such offense, together with the costs of prose-
cution, and upon failure to pay the same to be committed to the
county jail until fine and costs are paid.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 276.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and City Coun-
cil of Havre de Grace to issue bonds to an amount not to
exceed thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for the purpose
of paying the amount due to the Havre de Grace Water Com-
pany, extending the system of sewers, providing buildings
and equipment for the city fire department, improving the
