the order of the said building committee, from a warrant book
especially authorized by said committee, with said warrants
numbered consecutively; and the said treasurer is hereby au-
thorized and directed to pay the contractor or contractors em-
ployed by said building committee in accordance with the terms
of their said contract, upon the warrant of said building com-
mittee, such sum or sums of money as shall be certified in such
warrants that such contractor or contractors are entitled to, in
the performance of the contract, and shall pay upon the war-
rant of said building committee such other expenses as said
building committee may properly have incurred in the discharge
of its duty, and no part of said proceeds of sale of said bonds
shall be paid out by said School Treasurer, except on the war-
rant of said building committee.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 152.

AN ACT to amend article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," by adding
thereto a new section, to be designated as section 343.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the following additional section be added to the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl," to be designated as section 343 of said article.

SEC. 343. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to
shoot, shoot at or kill any wild ducks, geese, brout or swan,
from sinkboats, sneakboats, or to shoot or kill said wild fowl
over lights, or to use any big gun or swivel in shooting or kill-
ing the same, in the waters of Fishing Bay, in Dorchester
county, above a straight line from Fishing Point to Ellicott's
Island, to the mouth of Thorofare Creek, in Lakes Election Dis-
trict, in said county. Any person or persons violating the pro-
visions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and
upon conviction thereof before any justice of the peace of said
county, shall be fined the sum of twenty-five dollars and costs,
and shall also forfeit the boat or boats, light or lights, gun or
guns used in said violation, the said fines to be imposed and re-
covered before any justice of the peace of said Dorchester
