CHAPTER 279.

AN ACT to change the boundary line between the First and
Second Election Districts of Baltimore county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the boundary line between the First and Second
Election Districts of Baltimore county, as now laid out from
the point of the intersection of Gwynn Oak avenue and the
Dogwood road, and running thence along the center of said
Dogwood road to the Patapsco river, be and the same is hereby
changed to the north or northeast side of said Dogwood road,
and binding thereon to the Patapsco river, so that the whole
of the said bed of said Dogwood road shall be included within
the boundaries of the First Election District of Baltimore
county, from said point at the intersection of Gwynn Oak ave-
nue and Dogwood road to the Patapsco river.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 587.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 117
to 132, inclusive, of article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County," sub-title
"Health and Sanitary Officers," as enacted by chapter 515 of
the Acts of 1902, and to add ten new sections to said article
under the same title and sub-title to follow section 132 and
to be known respectively as sections 132A, 132B, 132C, 132D,
132E, 132F, 132G, 132H; 132I and 132K.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 117 to 132, inclusive, of article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County,"
sub-title "Health and Sanitary Officers," as enacted by chapter
515 of the Acts of 1902, be and he same are hereby repealed
and re-enacted as hereinafter set forth, and that ten new sec-
tions be added to said article under the title and sub-title afore-
said, to follow section 132, and to be known respectively as sec-
tions 132A, 132B, 132C, 132D, 132E, 132F, 132G, 132H, 132I and
132K, the whole to read as follows:

117. The Board of County Commissioners of Baltimore
County shall, ex officio, constitute a local board of health for
