the duties of their respective offices, until they shall be super-
seded under the provisions of said Act, and until their succes-
sors shall be duly qualified, and nothing contained in said
Act shall be construed to interfere with the continuity of the
terms or tenure of any of said officers; nor shall a reappoint-
ment or re-election of any of the said officers be necessary in
order to secure the said continuity of their said terms and
tenures of office, unless otherwise provided in said Act.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from June 1st, 1908.

CHAPTER 681.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 5 of
article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore
County," sub-title "Birds and Game," as the same was re-
pealed and re-enacted by chapter 490 of the Acts of 1906.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
section 5 of article 3' of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Baltimore County," sub-title "Birds and Game," and is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
follows:

SEC. 1. No person shall shoot or in any manner catch, kill,
trap, take or have in possession in Baltimore county any rabbit,
pheasant, partridge, woodcock, between December 24th of one
year and November 10th in the next year, exclusive of both of
said dates or upon any Sunday or election day when the ground
is covered with snow, and no person shall shoot or in any
manner catch, kill, trap, take or have in possession in said
county any squirrel, between November ls,t and September
15th, exclusive of both dates or upon any Sunday or election
day.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections one,
two, three, four, five, six and seven of chapter five hundred
and ten of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January session, nineteen hundred and four,
