ing reversely on the said line and on the third line of the said
parcel of ground west fifty-one and sixteenths feet, south
twelve degrees, west two hundred and seventy-five and one-half
feet to the centre of Wyndhurst avenue, and to intersect the
south eighty-seven degrees, west sixty-nine and four-tenths
perches line of the land conveyed as aforesaid to Daniel Alder,
and to the end of the south eighty-nine degrees, west one
hundred and six and one-half perches line of the land con-
veyed as aforesaid to Wilson and Parry; thence with said
last mentioned line and with the outlines of the land con-
veyed to Daniel Alder as aforesaid, south eighty-seven de-
grees, west sixty and eighty-four-one-hundredths perches to a
point in the centre of Wyndhurst avenue; thence binding on
the east side of Roland avenue north nine and one-half de
grees, west twenty-four and one-half perches to a stone;
thence south eighty-five and one-half degrees, west eighty-flve-
one-hundredths of a perch; thence on or near the centre of
Roland avenue north seven degrees, west twenty-three perches,
north nine degrees, west twenty-eight perches, with twelve
degrees west eleven and eight-tenths perches, and to intersect
a line drawn north eighty-eight degrees west from the begin-
ning, and thence reversing the line so drawn and binding
thereon south eighty-eight degrees east, one and four-tenths
perches to the place of beginning, containing thirty-five acres,
three roods and four perches of land, more or less. The said
special tax to be collected as other county taxes are collected
in said county, and when so collected to be paid over to the
treasurer of the Tuxedo Park Protective Association by the
Treasurer and collector of Baltimore county, to be used ex-
clusively for the betterment of the roads and sidewalks, drain-
age, sanitary measures and other improvements of Tuxedo
Park; provided, that this section shall be applicable if twenty
or more taxable residents of the said Tuxedo Park shall forty
days prior to the said annual levy petition the said County
Commissioners, asking such special levy to be made.

428. Whenever such petition is filed the County Commis-
sioners shall give notice of the filing thereof by publication
in two newspapers published in Baltimore county for two
successive weeks immediately following the filing of such
petition; and if a petition signed by equal or larger number
of taxpayers, residents of Tuxedo Park, representing a larger
amount of taxable property than the parties petitioning be
filed prior to such levy, objecting thereto, then the Commis-
sioners shall refuse to make such additional levy.
