said County Commissioners, at the time of making the annual
tax levy for the year one thousand nine hundred and six, and
each succeeding year,, are hereby authorized, directed and
required to make a special annual levy of not more than
twenty cents on each one hundred dollars of the whole asses-
sable property situated and located within the limits of Tux-
edo Park, in Baltimore county, which are about thus de-
scribed, to wit: Beginning for the same at a stone set in the
ground on the east side of the Evans' Chapel road, now called
Roland road, said stone being the beginning of the tract of
land which, by deed dated April 3, 1872, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore county in Liber E. H. A.
No. 74, folio 416, etc., was conveyed by Anna Maria Evans to
Daniel Alder, and running thence binding on the first line
mentioned and described in said deed south eighty-eight de-
grees, east sixty-nine and three-tenths perches to the centre
of the Baltimore and Delta Railway, now the Maryland and
Pennsylvania Railroad, and to the end of the first line of
that lot of ground which, by deed dated March 11, 1879, and
recorded among said Land Records in Liber J. B. No. Ill, folio
252, etc., was conveyed by David Alder to David M. Ferine;
thence binding on the second line of said lot of ground and
on the centre of said mentioned railway south eleven and
three-quarters degrees, east twenty and one-tenth perches
and to the end of the third line of that lot of ground which, by
deed dated March 11, 1879, and recorded among said Land
Records in Liber J. B. No. Ill, folio 251, etc., was conveyed by
David M. Perine to Daniel Alder; thence bind reversely on said
line and on center of said railway south eleven and three-quar-
ters degrees, east fifteen and four-tenths perches, and to the end
of nine and five-tenths perches on the fourth line of the land
conveyed as aforesaid by Anna Marie Evans to Daniel Alder;
thence with said line south thirty-four degrees east eleven
perches to the end of the same and to a stone marked "D, " set in
the»ground at the beginning of that lot of ground which by deed
dated April 14th, 1873, and recorded among said Land Records
in Liber E. H. A., No. 80, folio 318, etc., was conveyed by Daniel
Alder and wife to Granville O. Wilson and William C. Parry;
thence binding reversely on the lines of said lot of ground north
seven and one-quarter degrees west thirty-one feet to a stone;
and south five and three-quarter degrees, west twenty-four
perches, to the end of the fourth line of that parcel of ground
which, by deed dated December 23, 1881, and recorded among
said Land Records of Baltimore county by Daniel Alder and wife
to the Baltimore and Delta Railway Company; thence bind-
