fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, tenth and eleventh election
districts, in the penalty of five hundred dollars; justices in the
first, third, ninth, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth
election districts in the penalty of one thousand dollars; said
bonds to be in the condition that each of said justices will truly
and faithfully discharge, execute and perform all and singular
the duties and obligations of justice of the peace, and that he
will account for and pay over to the County Commissioners of
Baltimore county, or to whomsoever else may be hereafter or
otherwise designated by law as the proper recipient thereof, all
fines, penalties and forfeitures, or the portion thereof which he
is bound to account for and pay over as aforesaid, and that he
will faithfully and truly account for and pay over to the person
or corporation entitled to receive the same all money belonging
to such person or corporation which may come into his hands
as such justice of the peace.
202. It shall be the duty of the Governor, after the appoint-
ment of the justices of the peace provided for in section 206 of
this article, to select from the justices so appointed one justice
of the peace appointed from the twelfth election district to sit
at the station house at Canton, in said district, and two justices
of the peace appointed from the thirteenth election district to
sit at the station house at Mt. Winans and St. Denis, respec-
tively, in said district; said justice so selected from the twelfth
district to sit at the station house at Canton, shall keep his
office at said station house, and shall attend at such station
house every' day (Sunday excepted) at least from the hour of 9
o'clock A. M. until 12 o'clock M., and from 3 o'clock P. M. until
5 o'clock P. M., and shall also attend at his said station house
at such other hours and times as Ms duties may require, or as
he may be required so to do by the County Commissioners, or
by the State's Attorney for Baltimore county; and each of said
justices so selected from the thirteenth election district to sit
at the station houses at Mount Winans and St. Denis, respec-
tively, in said district, shall keep his office at the station house
for which he was appointed and shall attend said station house
every day (Sunday excepted) at such hours and times as his
duties may require, or as he may be required to do by the
County Commissioners or by the State's Attorney for Baltimore
county; when any such justice appointed to sit at any of the
station houses aforesaid shall designate any other justice of the
peace to act for him in his absence, it shall first be necessary
for him to obtain the consent of the County Commissioners
allowing said justice to act for him; the said justice of the
peace so selected to sit at the station house at Canton in the
twelfth election district, shall transact only criminal business
