said Election District Number 27 as laid out under the author-
ity of chapter 66 of the Acts of 1904 not included within the
aforegoing description shall be included within the election dis-
trict from which they were respectively taken to form the said
Election District Number 27, and the voters residing in said
Election District Number 27 as hereinbefore described shall be
entitled to the same rights and privileges as voters in other dis-
tricts in said county, and the Board of Election Supervisors of
Allegany county shall appoint such officers of registration and
elections required in said district as are necessary under the
laws of the State of Maryland; and the voters in the parts of
said district number 27 excluded by the aforegoing description
shall be entitled to register and vote in the election district
from which the parts of Election District Number 27 hereby ex-
cluded, were taken to form said Election District Number 27.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER. 469.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Councilmen of Frostburg
to levy special assessments, and to provide for the collection
thereof, upon property binding on any street, lane or alley
of said town or part thereof, and upon the property line,
track or franchise right of any street car company located
and having its tracks upon said street, lane or alley, so im-
proved, which may have been graded, paved or curbed or re-
graded, repaved or recurbed under any ordinance or ordi-
nances of the Mayor and Councilmen, which ordinance pro-
vided for assessing the whole or any portion of the cost of
such work upon the property binding upon such street, lane
or alley, or part thereof, and upon the property line, track or
franchise right of any street car company located and having
its tracks upon said street, lane or alley, so improved, and
which assessment from any cause have not been fully col-
lected by said Mayor and Councilmen.

Whereas certain streets, lanes and alleys, or parts thereof in
the town of Frostburg, have been graded, paved or curbed or re-
graded, repaved or recurbed under ordinances of the Mayor and
Councilmen of the town of Frostburg, which provided for the
assessment of the whole or certain portions of the cost of such
work upon the property binding on such streets, lanes or alleys
or parts thereof, so improved, some of which assessments have
been paid, and other portions thereof remain uncollected,
