PRIVATE ACTS. 1491

SEC. 10. Provided that said corporation shall have no rights
under this Act to construct its lines in any portion of Balti-
more county without first obtaining the consent of the Board of
County Commissioners of said county.

Approved April 13, 1908.

CHAPTER 571.

. AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claim of
William T. S. Rollins for services rendered as engrossing
clerk at the session of the General Assembly of Maryland,
1898.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of one hundred ($100) dollars be and is
hereby appropriated out of the funds in the State Treasury
not otherwise appropriated for the relief of William T. S.
Rollins for services rendered the State of Maryland as engross-
ing clerk of the General Assembly during the session of eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-eight.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 668.

AN ACT to incorporate the Cecil County Game Protective

Association.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That John H. R. Price, Edward H. Biddle, Henry Boul-
den, Irvin G. Griffith, Charles S. Ellison, George N. Bennett,
William S. Evans, Joshua Clayton, Charles L. Carter, James
C. McCauley, Walter I. Smith, Heister Hess, Edward H.
Strahorn, Edward C. Wilson, Robert L. Barnes, Clinton Jack-
son, J. Harry Poist, H. Linn Worthington, Cecil Kirk, Joseph
P. Brown, Joseph Condon, of Hy., Cecil Clyde Squier, E. Kurtz
Taylor, W. A. Montgomery, Stephen E. Nickle, Clinton Yerkes,
Alfred B. Cameron and Cecil Biles and their successors, be and
they are hereby created and made a body corporate under the
name and style of the Cecil County Game Protective Associa-
tion, and as such shall have perpetual succession, and the said
association shall have a common seal, which it may alter and
change at pleasure.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said association may sue
and be sued, plead and be impleaded in any court of law or
equity whatsoever.
