CHAPTER 379.
AN ACT to repeal chapter 213 of the Acts of 1849, entitled An
Act to incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance Company in
Baltimore county, and also to repeal chapter 128 of the Acts
of 1854, also to repeal chapter 170 of the Acts of 1860, also to
repeal chapter 183 of the Acts of 1862, also to repeal chapter
175 of the Acts of 1896, amending the Act to incorporate the
Mutual Fire Insurance Company in Baltimore County, and
to extend its charter, and to repeal chapter 46 of the Acts of
1904, and to re-enact the aforesaid several Acts with amend-
ments, and to enlarge the powers of said corporation.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That chapter 213 of the Acts of 1849, entitled An Act to
incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance Company in Baltimore
County, chapter 128 of the Acts of 1854, chapter 170 of 'the
Acts of 1360, chapter 183 of the Acts of 1862 and chapter 175
of the Acts of 1896, and chapter 46 of the Acts of 1904, amend-
ing the charter of the Mutual Fire Insurance Company in Bal-
