Provision 91, on page 17 of the enrolled Act, embracing items
"to the Children's Convalescent Infirmary, the sum of $1,000
for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of $1,000 for the fiscal
year 1910" is hereby disapproved.

Provision 94, on page 18 of the enrolled Act, embracing items
"to the Christian Tribune Home, the sum of $500 for the fiscal
year 1909, and the like sum of $500 for the fiscal year 1910" is
hereby disapproved.

Provision 95, on page 18 of the enrolled Act, embracing
items "to the Maryland Collegiate Institute, the sum of $2,000
for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of $2,000 for the fiscal
year 1910" is hereby disapproved.

In provision 96, on page 18 of the enrolled Act, item "and the
like sum of $5,000 for the fiscal year 1910" is hereby disap-
proved.

In provision 98, on page 18 of the enrolled Act, item "and the
like sum of $25,000 for buildings for the year 1910" is hereby
disapproved, the other and remaining item contained in said
provision number 98 is approved, to be extended as set out in
