SacriON 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the corporate existence of the Bryn Mawr School for
Girls of Baltimore City, incorporated under the general laws
of Maryland, on the thirtieth day of January, 1890, by a certifi-
cate under said laws recorded among the Charter Records of
the Superior Court of Baltimore City in Liber J. B., No. 27,
folio 448 J., for female educational purposes, with a limitation
upon its corporate existence of forty years, be and the same is
hereby extended and made perpetual.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 739.
AN ACT to add additional sections, to be called section 6A and
section 6B, to chapter 249 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed at the session of 1886, entitled An
Act to incorporate the Presbytery of New Castle.
SEC. 6A. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That in all cases, when within the bounds of said Presby-
tery, within the said State of Maryland, there may exist or be
found real estate which belonged or may belong to Presbyterian
churches now defunct or extinct, or which may become defunct
or extinct, or when the title to said real estate is vested in trus-
tees, who, through the lack of a legal quorum and the non-exist-
ence of a congregation competent or willing to elect other trus-
tees or a sufficient number of trustees to make up a legal
quorum, or for any other reason are incapable of holding or dis-
posing of said real estate, the corporation hereby constituted is
hereby authorized to take possession of the same and to, make
such disposition thereof by sale or otherwise, as may be deemed
best, and if sales are made of said real estate, to apply the pro-
ceeds for the purposes aforesaid.
SEC. 6B. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Trust Company of Baltimore City, now called by virtue of
chapter 199 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
