9. And to the deed of assignment from the said Barbara
Gick, widow, to Louis P. Kornman, bearing date July 12,
1906, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city
in Liber R. O., No. 2257, folio 103, etc.
33. To the grant and deed of James D. Colter, to the Vestry
of the Free Church of St. Barnabas, a body corporate, of a cer-
tain lot of ground situated at the northwest corner of St. Paul
street and Thirty-fifth street in the city of Baltimore, having
a frontage of one hundred and six feet in St. Paul street, and
a depth of five hundred and sixty-three feet on Thirty-fifth
street, dated March 16, 1907, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O., No. 2317, folio 449, etc.
34. To the bequest of John George Schmid, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, of one-third equal part of the residue of his
estate to St. Matthia's German Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore city, situated at Fayette street and Central avenue,
in said city, as provided in the last will and testament of said
John George Schmid, probated March 30, 1907, and duly re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore city
aforesaid, in Wills Liber B. E. S., No. 100, folio 113, etc.
35. To the bequest of three hundred dollars contained in the
last will and testament of Elizabeth Spoerl, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, to the Roland Avenue Methodist Episcopal
Church, located at Roland avenue and Merryman's lane in the
city of Baltimore, said will bearing date the fourteenth of
December, 1903, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore city, in Liber B. E. S., No. 99, folio 232, etc.
36. To the grant and deed from John S. Geiser to the trustees
of the General Conference of the German Baptist Brethren
Church, a corporation of the State of Wisconsin, dated No-
vember, 1902, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore city in Liber R. O., 1896, folio 378, etc.
37. To the deed from Louise Blahs to the trustees of the
General Conference of the German Baptist Brethren Church, a
corporation of the State of Wisconsin, dated thirteenth of
October, 1906, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore city in Liber R. O., No. 2282, folio 217, etc.
38. To the deed dated December 19, 1906, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O., No.
2298, folio 37, etc., from August Weber and wife to the trustees
of the Second Branch of the Evangelical Association in the
city of Baltimore of the Atlantic Conference, a body corporate.
