Roman Catholic Church in Baltimore city, or his successor in
office as rector of said church.
2. To the bequest of an undivided one-eighth interest of the
rest and residue of his estate to the Little Sisters of Poor of
Baltimore City.
3. To the bequest of an undivided one-sixteenth interest of
the rest and residue of his estate to St. Anthony's Orphan
Asylum, located on North Central avenue in Baltimore city.
4. To the bequest of an undivided one-sixteenth interest of
the rest and residue of his estate to the German Orphan Asso-
ciation, located on Aisquith street, near Orleans street, in Bal-
timore city.
5. To the bequest of an undivided one-eighth interest of the
rest and residue of his estate unto the rector of Sacred Heart
Roman Catholic Church, at Highlandtown, in Baltimore county
or his successor in office as rector of said church.
6. To the bequest of an undivided one-sixteenth interest of
the rest and residue of his estate unto St. Joseph's Hospital,
situated on North Caroline street, in Baltimore city.
7. To the bequest in said last will and testament and codicil
of said George Gick, deceased, in words following, to wit:
"All the rest and residue of my estate I give, devise and be-
queath (after the payments of the above bequests) to the rector
of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church in Baltimore city, to
be used for the celebration of Masses for the repose of the soul
of my wife and myself, and to keep our graves in proper con-
dition."
8. And to the deed of conveyance of the respective rights,
titles and interests of Rev. John A. Klang, rector of St. Mich-
ael's Roman Catholic Church in Baltimore city, State of Mary-
land; The Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City, a body
corporate of the city of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland;
St. Anthony's Orphan Asylum in the city of Baltimore, a body
corporate of the city of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland;
St. Joseph's German Hospital of the city of Baltimore, some-
times called St. Joseph's Hospital of Baltimore City, a body
corporate of the city of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland;
that General German Orphans' Association, sometimes called
the German Orphan Association of the City of Baltimore, a
body corporate of the city of Baltimore, in the State of Mary-
land, and Rev. John A. Hansser, rector of Sacred Heart Roman
Catholic Church at Highlandtown, in Baltimore county, in
the State of Maryland, to Barbara Gick, widow, bearing date
