1218 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

of The Caroline County Bank having been amended by
chapter 416 of the Acts of 1904, entitled An Act to amend
and extend the charter of The Caroline County Savings Bank,
Caroline county, Maryland, and to change the name of the
same), and to re-enact said section 7 with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 7 of chapter 128 of the Acts of 1902, entitled
An Act to enlarge and extend the power of The Caroline
County Savings Bank, Caroline county, Maryland, and to in-
crease the board of directors of the same (the charter of The
Caroline County Bank having been amended by chapter 416
of the Acts of 1904, entitled An Act to amend and extend the
charter of The Caroline County Savings Bank, Caroline
county, Maryland, and to change the name of the same) be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read
as follows:

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any individual or adminis-
trator, committees, guardian, receiver, assignee, trustee, or
any public officer of Caroline county, or elsewhere, or any
person or persons acting for others, having the custody of any
moneys belonging to themselves or others, are authorized to
deposit the same in the said The Caroline County Bank, should
they so desire, any Public General Law or Public Local Law of
this State to the contrary notwithstanding; provided, how-
ever, that said company shall be subject to the provisions of
article 11 of the Public General Laws of this State, title
"Banks," and any amendments thereof, and the liability of
the stockholders thereof shall at all times be determined by
the laws of the State in force at the time the said liabilities
may attach.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 99.

AN ACT to incorporate the "Ridgely Fruit Growers' Associa-
tion."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Thomas L. Day, Charles F. Smith, William W. Sew-
ard, Paul Holsinger and John K. Lynch, and the subscribers
to the stock of the corporation hereby created, and their suc-
cessors and assigns, be and they are hereby created a body
corporate by the name of the Ridgely Fruit Growers' Associa-
