PRIVATE ACTS. 1209
CHAPTER 73.
AN ACT to pay the claim of Messrs. King Bros., printers, for
printing done for the Commission to Revise the Corporation
Laws of the State of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Treasurer of the State, upon the warrant of
the Comptroller, is hereby authorized and directed to pay to
Messrs. King Bros, the sum of five hundred and fifty dollars
($550), being the expense incurred by the commission in print-
ing the report made to the General Assembly of Maryland,
session of 1906.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 74.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 6 of
chapter 767 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the session of 1906, entitled An Act to extend
the privileges and enlarge the powers of The Baltimore and(
Ocean City Railroad Company, incorporated under the'
Public General Laws of this State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 6 of chapter 767 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session of 1906, entitled
An Act to extend the privileges and enlarge the powers of
The Baltimore and Ocean City Railroad Company, incorporated
under the Public General Laws of this State, be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
SEC. 6. Be it further enacted, That the said The Baltimore
and Ocean City Railroad Company shall have the power to
operate steamship lines between Baltimore city and ports on
the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and to construct and operate
such lines of road at each terminus of such steamship lines
as may be approved by the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more city and the County Commissioners of each county
through which such roads may run.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
