ing with its stockholders for each share of their present stock
of the par value of fifty dollars ($50), upon which share twen-
ty-five dollars ($25) has been paid to the company, one share
of the new stock of par value of twenty-five dollars ($25) ;
provided, that the capital stock of said Colonial Trust Company
shall never be less than eight thousand shares of the par value
of twenty-five dollars ($25) per share; and provided further,
that this Act shall be accepted by a majority of the stockhold-
ers at a general meeting or at a special meeting called for that
purpose, and of which the stockholders are duly warned.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all the powers, rights and
privileges conferred upon said company by the Act of 1898,
chapter 259, and the Act of 1900, chapter 18, be and the same
are hereby ratified and confirmed, except in so far as they
may be inconsistent with this Act.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 66.
AN ACT to amend the charter of The Talbot Savings Bank of
Easton', Maryland, and to change the name of the same, and
to further amend the charter of said bank by repealing and
re-enacting with amendments section 9 of chapter 180 of
the Acts of 1904 of the General Assembly of' Maryland, en-
titled An Act to extend the privileges, enlarge the powers
and amend the charter of The Talbot Savings Bank of Eas-
ton, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the name of the Talbot Savings Bank of Easton,
Maryland, a corporation formed under the provisions of Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Corporations,"
and whose charter was amended by chapter 180 of the Acts of
1904 of the General Assembly of Maryland, be and the same is
hereby changed from "The Talbot Savings Bank of Easton,
Maryland," to "The Talbot Bank of Easton, Maryland," and
by such name shall have perpetual succession, to sue and be
sued, to plead and be impleaded, in any court whatever, to
make and use a common seal and to alter and renew the same
at pleasure.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That section 9 of chapter
180 of the Acts of 1904 of the General Assembly of Maryland,
entitled "An Act to extend the privileges, enlarge the powers
