fee of one hundred and fifty dollars, also a fee of fifty cents
to the clerk.

SEC. 325 1/2K. And be it enacted, That any distiller in Wash-
ington county who shall sell his own distilled product at his
own .distillery or within a distance thereof of 150 years in
quantities not less than one pint or more than four and one-
half gallons, not to be drunk on the premises, shall pay a
license fee of one hundred and fifty ($150.00) dollars, together
with a fee of fifty cents to the clerk for issuing the license.

SEC. 325L. And be it enacted, That all sums of money re-
ceived by the clerk of the court under the provisions of this
Act, except the fees allowed herein and a commission of one
per cent, on all sums collected by him for licenses, shall be
paid by him on the first Monday of each and every month in
the year, respectively, to wit: One-fourth, or twenty-five per
cent, of all sums of money derived from licenses issued under
this Act with the above exception, for the collection thereof,
shall be turned over to the State Treasurer on the first Monday
in each and every month in the year respectively, and the
balance of all sums of money derived from licenses issued un-
der this Act, in the town of Hagerstown, with the above
exception shall be paid by him to the tax collector of said
town for the use of the street fund, to be applied in making
and cleaning the streets of the city of Hagerstown; and all
monies derived from licenses issued under this Act in the
other incorporated towns shall be paid by him respectively
to the treasurer or tax collector of said incorporated towns;
and all monies derived from licenses issued under this Act
elsewhere in the county shall be paid by him to the county tax
collector, to be applied on court expenses; and the bond of
said clerk shall be liable for all monies received under the
provisions of this Act and not paid over as herein directed.

SEC. 325M. And be it enacted, That any and all acts done
or suffered or permitted to be done by any agent, servant or
employe of any licensee under the provisions of this Act shall
be considered and taken in any prosecution of such licensee
under any provision of this Act, as the act, sufferance or per-
mission of such licensee.

SEC. 325N. And be it enacted, That the provisions of this Act
shall take effect from the date of its passage, and in the event
of any persons who shall have received a license under the
law as now existing, being refused a license under this. Act, he,
she or they shall be allowed the term of two months to dis-
pose of such stock as he, she or they may have on hand; and
during the said time shall be taken and considered as a licen-
