subject to all requirements, provisions and penalties of this
Act, and also of all privileges and benefits hereby conferred.
SEC. 325H. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for
any licensee under this Act to sell or give any spirituous or
fermented liquors or lager beer to any person, or suffer or
permit any person to enter or remain in his saloon or place
of business between the hours of 11 o'clock P. M. and 6 o'clock
A. M., or suffer or permit any person other than a member of
his family or a person bona fide in his employ for wages, ex-
cept in cases of emergency, to enter or remain in his saloon,
or in any room where intoxicating liquors are sold or fur-
nished, at any time on Sunday or on election day or on Christ-
mas day, or permit any person, except as aforesaid, to enter on
Sunday or election day, Christmas day, the back door or any
back entrance to any room in which intoxicating drinks or
liquors are sold. And during the time between 11 o'clock P.
M. and 6 o'clock A. M. and on Sunday and on election day and
on Christmas day the windows of the saloon or place where
intoxicating liquors are sold shall be left without blinds, cur-
tains or any device whatsoever to prevent or obstruct the view
from the outside. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this section shall be liable, upon conviction thereof to the
penalties prescribed in section 12 of this Act.
SEC. 325J. And be it enacted, That if the person or persons
applying intends to sell spirituous or fermented liquors in
quantities more than five gallons, the sum of five hundred
dollars shall be charged for sucb? license, and also a fee of fifty
cents to the clerk; and if the person or persons applying in-
tends to sell ale and lager beer, or either of them, and no other
liquors in quantities not less than two dozen pints at qne sale,
except and whether said person or persons manufactures or
brews said liquors or buys them for sale or whether said person
pays a State license or not, the sum of two hundred dollars
shall be charged for such license and also a fee of fifty cents
to the clerk.
SEC. 325K. And be it enacted, That any person or persons
who sells or sell spirituous, fermented or intoxicating drinks
in quantities not less than one quart and not more than four
and one-half gallons, not to be drunk on the premises, and who
shall run a grocery or general store, carrying a stock not less
than $2,000.00 in connection therewith, exclusive of the liq-
uors, shall pay a license fee of two hundred dollars, also a fee
of fifty cents to the clerk. And that any person or persons
who sells ale or beer, or both, and no other liquors in quantities
less than two dozen pints at any one sale shall pay a license
