SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional section be added to chapter 745 of the
Public Local Laws of 1906, entitled "Washington County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners," the same to be known as
section 6A, and to read as follows:
SEC. 6A. That the said auditors shall also make out a de-
tailed statement of their investigation of the books, papers,
vouchers and the accounts of the county, including the books
of the tax collector for said county, and report the same to
the Circuit Court of said county at its next regular session im-
mediately following the completion of their duties as pro-
vided in section 5 of said chapter 745 of the Acts of 1906.
And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

CHAPTER 718.
AN ACT to repeal section 87F of chapter 415 of the Acts of
1880, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Washing-
ton County," sub-title "County Commissioners," and to re-
enact the same to read as follows:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 87p of chapter 415 of the Acts of 1880, enti-
tled An Act to repeal chapter 415 of the Acts of Assembly
passed at January session, 1880, entitled "Washington County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners," and re-enact the same to
read as follows, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 87F. All documents, books and papers belonging to the
office of the tax collector are hereby declared to be the prop-
erty and records of Washington county, and at all times shall
be subject to the examination of the grand jury and the Com-
missioners of said county.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.
