clover huller in said county, and shall pay therefor a license
fee of five dollars unto the treasurer of said county for tke
use of said county as is provided for in section 2 of this Act,
and shall renew said license at the end of each year, account-
ing from the date of the first license, and shall pay for each
renewal the sum of five dollars as aforesaid, and the said
County Commissioners of Talbot county are hereby authorized
and empowered to issue said license upon payment of said
license fee.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

WASHINGTON COUNTY.
CHAPTER 708.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 29,
30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 of article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title "Birds and
Game," and to repeal section 3lA as enacted by chapter 379
of the Acts of 1902.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 of article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-
title "Birds and Game," be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted so as to read as follows, and to repeal section
3lA as enacted by chapter 379 of the Acts of 1902.
29. It shall not be lawful for any person in Washington
county to shoot, kill or in any way entrap or destroy any blue
bird, swallow, martin, robin, catbird, woodpecker, sparrow,
wren, whip-poor-will, lark, thrush, mocking bird, or any other
insectivorous bird at any season of the year, nor shall it be
lawful to hunt with a dog or gun on the Lord's day, commonly
called Sunday.
30. It shall not be lawful for any person to hunt upon the
lands of any person in Washington county without permission
first had and obtained of the land owner, tenant or person in
possession, and it shall not be lawful for any person not a
bona fide resident or taxpayer of Washington county to shoot,
