CHAPTER 22.
AN ACT to prevent the killing or trapping the foxes in Talbot
county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall not be lawful for any person to kill or injure
any fox in Talbot county while such fox is pursued by dogs.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any person or persons guilty
of violating any of the provisions "of this Act shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before
some justice of the peace of said county shall pay a fine of ten
dollars, one-half which shall go to the informer and the other
half into the school fund of said county, and in default of
the payment of said fine, together with the cost of the prose-
cution, shall be confined in the county jail for a term of not
less than five or more than twenty days.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 464.
AN ACT to repeal chapter 22 of the Acts of 1908 of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, entitled "An Act to prevent the
killing or trapping the foxes in Talbot county," and to re-
enact the same with amendments, and an additional section
so as to read as follows:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That chapter 22 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the session of 1908, be repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, and an additional section so as
to read as follows:
1. That it shall not be lawful to kill or injure any fox in
Talbot county when such fox is pursued by dogs.
2. That it shall not be lawful to sell or expose for sale any
fox or any fox hide in Talbot county, and it shall not be
lawful to ship by freight, express or otherwise any fox or any
fox hide from any place in Talbot county to any place outside
of Talbot county.
3. That any person or persons violating any of the provisions
of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof before any justice of the peace in Talbot
