LLOYD LOWNDES, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That said bonds when issued
shall be sold at the court house door in the city of Annapolis

by the City Finance Commission at public auction, to the
highest bidder or bidders, in such series and for such lengths
of time as the Mayor and Aldermen of the city of Annapolis
may, by ordinance, provide ; and that said ordinance shall pro
vide a safe sinking fund for the redemption of said bonds at
maturity.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts
inconsistant with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed,
and this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That section 28 of Article 2 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County,''
sub-title "Annapolis," be and the same is hereby repealed ' and
re enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows :
28. The boundaries of the city of Annapolis shall be as

follows : Beginning for the same at a point on the water's
edge of the easterly or Horn Point side of Spa creek, where a
straight line starting from the termination of said creek of the
southwest line of Duke of Gloucester and drawn southeasterly
and parallel with the southwest side of the county bridge cross-
ing said creek at the foot of said street would intersect said
water's edge of the Horn Point side of Spa creek ; thence
following the meanderings of the water's edge of said creek
northerly and easterly to the edge of said creek northerly and
easterly to the end of Horn Point and then with the shore line
of the Severn river southerly and easterly to Tolleys Point,
then In a straight line northerly and easterly to Greenberry
Point, and then in a straight line northerly to the new wharf
at Fort Madison ; thence again by a straight line from said
wharf to the end of the southerly line of the property of the
United States Naval Academy at the easterly terminus of Han-
over street; thence following the present enclosures of the
Naval Academy and the lines of Hanover, Wagner and King
George's streets to the water's edge on College or Grave Yard
creek ; thence in a straight line drawn parallel with the south-
east line of the county bridge crossing College creek at the
west end of King George's street to low -water mark on the
northwest side of College creek ; thence following the mean-
derings of the low-water mark on the westerly side of College
creek and the coves on that side of said creek to the head of
said creek ; thence by a straight line from the head of said
creek to the head of Action's cove on said or Spa creek ; and
thence by a straight line to low-water mark on the southerly
