CHAPTER 368.
AN ACT to authorize the Baltimore and Northern Electric
Railway Company to create an Executive Committee of its
Board of Directors.
WHEREAS, The Baltimore and Northern Electric Railway

Company is a corporation formed by the consolidation of the
Pikesville, Reistertown and Emory Grove Railroad of Balti-
more county and of the Baltimore and Northern Electric Rail-
way Company, by virtue of articles of agreement of consolida-
tion entered into by and between the said corporation under
date of October 23, 1897, as recorded in the office of the Secre-
tary of the State of Maryland and in the office of the clerk of
the Circuit Court for Baltimore County ; and
WHEREAS, The said Baltimore and Northern Electric Rail-

way Company as formed by such consolidation, now owns and
operates a line of electric railway from the intersection of
Charles Street avenue and Lafayette avenue, in the city
of Baltimore, to Emory Grove, in Baltimore county, with
branches ;
SECTION 1. Se it enacted ty the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That in addition to the powers of the Baltimore and
Northern Electric Railway Company under the general laws
of this State and under the Acts of Assembly heretofore
passed, creating and referring to the companies so consolidated,
and upon the acceptance of this Act by the stockholders of
said company, the directors of the said company be and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to elect from among
their; number an executive committee consisting of three (3)
directors, which committee is hereby authorized and empow-
ered to exercise all the powers legally vested in the board of
directors when the said board is not in session.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and por-
tions of Acts heretofore passed and inconsistent herewith, be
and the same are hereby repealed, and that this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 369.
AN ACT to incorporate the Old Line Real Estate and Trust
Company of Baltimore City.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
