"Fish," as enacted by Chapter 256 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1890, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 162 A of Article eight of the Code of Pub-

162 A. It shall be lawful for any one who is a resident of
this State, or rent a shore within the limits of Cecil county, to

inches square when knit, in the Sassafras, Elk, North East and
Bohemia rivers, and on the shore from Carpenter's Point to
Poplar Point, within the limits of Cecil county, from the tenth

CHAPTER 354.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 200 and 202 of Article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Mayland, title "Montgomery
County," sub-title "Rockville," and to repeal and re-enact
with, amendments Sections 192, 193, 194 and 195 of said
Article, and to add certain new sections thereto, to be num-
bered 193 A, 193 B, 193 C, 193 D and 193 E.
