SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the deed of conveyance aforesaid is hereby ratified
and confirmed, and the title of the said Johnson thereunder is
hereby declared to be good and effectual to all intents and pur-
poses, as though the said Board of County School Commis-
sioners had been duly authorized and empowered by the
General Assembly to convey the same before the execution of
the said deed.

Ratified and
confirmed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Board of County
School Commissioners be and they are hereby authorized and
empowered to execute and deliver to the said Johnson, his
heirs or assigns, a confirmatory deed of conveyance of the
aforesaid land if he or they shall desire the said deed.

Execute and
deliver.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 349.
AN ACT to incorporate the Town of Arundel on the Bay
in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Effective.

SEC. 1. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the inhabitants of Arundel on the Bay, in Anne
Arundel county, Maryland be and they are hereby incorporated
and created a corporate body under the name and style of "The
Commissioners of Arundel on the Bay," and by that name
shall have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, plead and be
impleaded in any court of law or equity whatsoever, may pur-
chase and hold real, personal and mixed property, and may sell
and convey the same for the benefit of said town, and may
have and use a common seal, and the same alter at pleasure.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the boundary limits of said
town of Arundel on the Bay, shall be as follows : All that

tract of land situate, lying and being in Anne Arundel county,
in the State of Maryland, and now called "Arundel on the
Bay," recorded among the land records of Anne Arundel county
aforesaid, in Liber S. H., No. 37, folio 509, etc., and being the
land which, by deed dated September 16, 1890, and recorded
among the land records aforesaid, in Liber S. H., No. 37, folio
509, etc., was conveyed by Richard M. Chase to the Chesapeake
and Columbia Investment Company.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the legal voters of Arun-
del on the Bay, who have resided within the corporal limits
