and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows :

120. If the intestate leave a surviving husband or widow, as

the case may be, and no child, parent, grandchild, brother or
sister, or the child of a brother or sister of the said intestate,
the said surviving husband or widow, as the case may be, shall
be entitled to the whole.

121. If there be a surviving husband or widow, as the case
may be, and a child or children, or a descendant or descendants
from a child, the surviving husband or widow, as the case may
be, shall have one-third only.

122. If there be a surviving husband or a widow, as she case
may be, and no child or descendent of the intestate, but the
said intestate shall leave a father or mother, or brother or
sister, or child of a brother or sister, the surviving husband or
widow, as the case may be, shall have one-half. .

123. The surplus, exclusive of the share of the surviving
husband or widow, as the case may be, or the whole surplus,
(if there be no surviving husband or widow,) shall go as
follows :

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That section 32 as

title "Testamentary Law," sub-title "Administration," and sec-
tion 32 A. a8 enacted by the Act of 1892, chapter 440 of said
Article XCIII, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title "Adminis-
tration," be and the same are hereby respectively repealed.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the following new sec-
tion be and the same is hereby added to said Article 93 of the Code
of Public General Laws, to come in after section 306, and to
be known as section 306 A.

306 A. The provisions of the .preceding sections 291 to 306,
