SEC. 19. And be it enacted. That the said corporation shall be
subject to the provisions of chapter 109 of the Acts of 1892,
as amended by chapter 160 of the Acts of 1896, and to chap-
ter 279 of the Acts of 1892, and to all general laws applicable
to associations of a nature similar to that mentioned in this
Act.

Effective.

SEC. 20. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 319.
AN ACT to add an additonal section to Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County," sub-title
"Intoxicating Liqudrs," to follow Section 175, and to be
designated as Section 175 F F.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

"Allegany County," sub-title "Intoxicating Liquors," to follow
immediately after section 175, to be designated as section
175 F F, and to read as follows :
175 F F. Any surety company incorporated under the laws of

surety upon the liquor license bonds required by this Act, and
such bonds shall be approved by the clerk of the Circuit Court
for Allegany county in the same manner as if there were two
sureties thereon.

CHAPTER 320.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 27 of the
Code of Public Laws of Maryland, title " Crimes and Pun-
ishments," under the sub-heading "Fraud by Directors or
Officers of Insurance Companies," to be known as Section
119 B of said Article.
