fire or lightning by any of the policy holders of said corpora-
tion, the manner and time of making said assessments to be

and assessments so made by the board of directors of said cor-
poration, for all losses by fire or lightning whenever the same
shall occur, and as may be determined by the board of direc-
tors in accordance with the constitution and by-laws of said
association hereinafter to be provided for.

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That it shall be the. duty of the
