CHAPTER 232.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Anne
Arundel County to expend a sum of money not exceeding
three hundred dollars for the repairing of the "Race Road"
running through Howard and Anne Arundel Counties.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
county be and they are hereby authorized to expend a sum of
money, not exceeding three hundred dollars, for the purpose
of opening and repairing the "Race Road," running through
Howard county and the Fifth Election District of Anne
Arundel county ; and that the said sum shall be paid out of the
"Road Fund" of the Fifth Election District.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts
inconsistent herewith be and they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage ; provided, however, that no por-

tion of the money hereby authorized shall be expended else-
where than upon the portion of said road lying within the
limits of the said Fifth Election District of Anne Arundel
county.

CHAPTER 233.
AN ACT to amend Article fifteen of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled "Kent County," sub-title "Millington,"
by repealing sections one hundred and tifty-seven, one hun-
dred and fifty-eight and one hundred and sixty-two, as
amended by the Act of the General Assembly passed at the
session of eighteen hundred and ninety, Chapter three hun-
dred and eighty-six, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
