CHAPTER 14.
AN ACT granting and declaring the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest made by and con-
tained in the last will and testament of John Geddis, late of
Baltimore County, deceased, to the Trustees of Waugh
Chapel Church in said county.

consent
given.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby given, granted and
declared, to the bequest made by and contained in the last
will and testament of John Geddis, late of Baltimore county,
deceased, of five thousand dollars to the Trustees of Waugh
Chapel Church in said county, "for the purpose of building a
parsonage and to repair the church," said will bearing date
November 8, 1873.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 15.
AN ACT to enable the Board of County Commissioners of
Wicomico County to levy a sum of money not exceeding
tive hundred dollars, to aid the Peninsula General Hospital
of Salisbury, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Levy a sum
of money.

Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Wicomico
County be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to
levy a sum of money each year not exceeding five hundred
dollars, and appropriate the same to the use of the Peninsula
General Hospital of Salisbury, Maryland, on such terras and
conditions as the said County Commissioners may deem best.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

AN ACT to incorporate Chesapeake Conclave No. 30, Improved
Order of Heptasophs of Kent Island, Queen Anne's County,
Maryland.
